I believe like this album is somewhat of a. of a concept record because it's all about Armageddon.
And I was looking through some of the lyrics and it's like, oh yeah, that's, that's how they, that's how they're able to, uh, to get away with it and still sort of have that, that influence is it's, it's, it's biblical, you know, which is metal in and of itself.

But the title track, or, like, the main track of the album, Horror, I mean, it's, like, the chorus is literally, it's written in the pages, you've been warned for years, Armageddon's coming, the sum of all your fears.
Like, it's just, like, literally the whole theme is just, like, yeah, like... you know crap's gonna hit the fan here like soon and all that but it's interesting too because like even look at like some like more like secular bands too of like there's so many themes like biblical themes in a lot of songs whether it's for satirical or it's a you know make calls on it but like things in the bible are like kind of inherently just really brutal and like especially like old testament stuff like you're like you know you're just like uh what is it is it not oh what is it it's a metallica song it's literally about the 10 the 10 plagues yeah yeah yeah yeah

Creeping death, is that the right word? Creeping death,
Yeah, that's that's off of their like, yeah, off of Ride of the Lightning, which is like filled with maybe some of their more like pointed songs lyrically in a lot of ways.
And yeah, that that one is that's like one of the most distinctive ones for me from that record.
And yeah, again, biblical.
That's it's funny because like I was there's a random interview I listened to forever ago from, you know, Courtney Courtney LaPlante from Spirit Box.
And she was asked, like, you know, people keep asking if your guys's band is a Christian band because there's all these biblical references and all this.
And she's like.
no it's just because like biblical references are fucking metal like it's like yeah it's like it's devastatingly violent and brooding and like i mean it's it's not it's not all sunshine and rainbows it's actually mostly historically uh not that
you know yeah but like and i will say too on it is like you know if you take it out a lot of that stuff i mean i'm not trying to discount that there is definitely a lot of brutal stuff in there because there is i
