I knew I wanted a birth without interventions then like when I started reading these stories and when I saw your course I was like I don't even want to have the option.
I don't want to have the option of any single intervention.
But it was just like very instinctual, I guess.
I was using the breathing all this time, which was really helpful.
I was ready.
I was pushing.
I was just like on a mission, like walking.
I had to go to the lift.
The lift came, there was three people inside the lift.
And I was like, I can do this.
And so I had to ask them to come outside very politely.
I found myself just like, talking in Spanish, saying, I trust, I trust, I trust, I trust.
I arrived to the Berlin Center at 5.47. Baby was born at 5.51.
