So I want to shift gears and talk about tactical aviation culture in the 80s.
How would you describe TENTAG or TEN Tactical Air Group culture in the late 80s and early 90s?
And a lot of folks that were in it really wanted to be actually an integral part of the army.
So you were trying to find almost, um, you know, like you were trying to find a gang to belong to, like a group to belong to.
And I feel like that's where Tack hell at the time was very much trying to out grunt the grunts.
I remember kind of thinking as I was a young guy in it, not really, not really, uh, having that same thought of it.
You know, if the army was staying in, you know, a mod tent to like a bigger tent, we would want to stay in a, in a worse tent.
But I feel a lot of folks, although the flying is probably some of the best, if not the best flying that you can do in the military.
So once you feel that you kind of feel like you can't escape, like you're, this is where you're going to
be.
