So we knew we wanted to talk about the divine feminine.
That is something that has been popping up for both of us, wanting to really sink into our divine feminine, femininity, embracing that feminine energy.
But we realized that in order to talk about that, that's almost the, the destination, and there's a bit of terminology that we wanted to disentangle before we felt like we could really get there.
So Cindy, I don't know, do you wanna maybe start the conversation with just breaking down some of the terms?
Yeah.
So I think all, I think feminism, femininity, and the divine feminine energy, um, nowadays often get a little muddled when they're actually-

... very different concepts.
Yeah.
So feminism is, um, w- most people know what it is, but rooted in social and political movement, ideologies and beliefs.
Um, and it's kind of intended to establish personal, social, economic, political equality between the sexes.
Mm-hmm.
Um, is beli- based on the belief that all people, regardless of gender, should have equal rights, treatment, and opportunities.
And it's, it's kind of a challenge to sy- systemic gender inequalities and the historical patriarchal lens-

... um, and prioritization of male perspectives historically in society.
So it's not about hating men or seeing women as better than men, but it's definitely-

... more rooted in political, social movements and a shift towards equality.
Y- you can be feminist and also be raising, like, different cultural voices, different cultural-

... awarenesses.
Like, it, it really is about that broader, that broader idea of inclusion and-
