We'll lead off for an absolutely massive trade.
What do you make of that?
Well, yeah, as it led into what we believe was the kind of root cause.
Yeah, I mean, first and foremost, the kind of the precursor trade, Samuskiewicz going to the Kraken from the Panthers.
I really like that move.
I think Sam Iskevich is a really, really good young player.
Kind of one of the only really young players on that Florida team, really.
And kind of found himself in a middle six kind of role.
I think he has the talent and the ability to play higher than that.
I think he can be like a top six guy.
Going to Seattle, where he'll have a more elevated role, somewhere that he can kind of use his skills a bit better within that line-up.
But he goes to Seattle in exchange for the 25th overall pick in this year's draft and a conditional 2027 second-round pick, that being the highest of the two they have at present.
I mean, obviously, we'll get through Samuskiewicz first.
You have any thoughts on the trade at all?
When this trade first went down, we didn't have the information for which we're about to drop on you in a moment.
And I thought it was important to have this precursor because obviously the 25th overall pick for the Panthers was pivotal in their following move.
But Samuskiewicz himself, he's a good young player.
on a good team like Florida, I think he had the opportunity to obviously consolidate a middle six career there.
He was drafted in the first round a few years ago in around the 25th spot.
So I think the Panthers have just gained an extra pick from that, really.
Yeah.
In that scale of things now.
We've piled on the Kraken a little bit for being a bit boring and they need to make some moves.
So for me, it's a bit of a dampener.
