Episode #449 Men of Peace Intensive Chris Moles
Chris MolesHost
Traditionally, men of peace, the clumsiest part of men of peace is landing the plane.

And what I mean by that is when men of peace wraps up historically, in fact, I do not recall ever having a group where the majority of the guys said, I'm glad this is over.

And the sentiment is always, we just need a little bit more time, a little bit more information, a little bit more direction.

It's just one personal interview at the end of men of peace, just to try to give some closure, confirm that there's some next steps that the guy has done his action plan.

What else could we do? How else could we do this? How could we do it better? And honestly, for me, it's always been a matter of we can't afford it.

To add the avenues that I think are necessary to make this exit interview a fully formed process handoff is just too complex and frankly too expensive when you consider the staff that we'd have to hire, the opportunities, the places we'd have to do it.

And this year, I think something just clicked in me, and I know I'm being personal.
