If you are listening to this right now and you are carrying the heavy, invisible weight of pregnancy loss, miscarriage, or infertility, I want you to take a deep, quiet breath with me.

Far too often in the medical community, these losses, they're brushed under the rug.

You go into a clinic looking for answers, and instead of receiving deep compassion, you're given a generic medical explanation, handed a pamphlet, and sent home empty-handed to figure out your grief all on your own.

But today, I am bringing a literal lighthouse onto the show to remind you that you do not have to suffer in silence, and you do not have to navigate this storm alone.

My guest today is Bernice, the founder of an incredible nonprofit organization called Chasing the Rainbows.

Bernice's own journey, which she will share today, led her to realize that conventional support systems are deeply broken for infant loss and miscarriage.

So what did she do? She smashed the boxes of traditional therapy and created a daily care model that meets grieving parents exactly where they are, offering everything from trauma-informed peer mentorship and free therapy to daily online support groups.

Whether your loss happened yesterday or 20 years ago, Bernice and her team are here to hold space for you without judgment or rigid rules.
