You know why I'm jealous of University of Victoria, Andy? Why? Because soon, in about a month's time, a little less than that, they're going to be probably hearing that song for the first time.

And there's nothing like hearing the Oregon State Fight song for the first time.

Yeah, that's true.

Oregon State has announced a road trip to Canada, a team trip.

We talked earlier this summer about how the NCAA has amended their rules for team trips.

Teams are now allowed to take them whenever they want in the offseason.

Oregon State will be heading to beautiful British Columbia for three games.

They play Trinity Western on August 18th at 7 o'clock.

Then they play two games versus University of Victoria, 5 o'clock on August 20th and then 1 o'clock.

on August 22nd.

Very exciting.

I mean, we're, we'll, we'll take some time to learn as much as we can, um, about those two teams and maybe in, in the, in the lead up, we'll do a little preview if we're able to, that that'd be fun if we're, but, um,

I think it's,

uh, it will much more closely mirror division one competition, um, than these like semi-pro teams in Italy.

They were playing the last time they did an overseas trip and these can like college basketball in Canada is becoming a bigger and bigger thing.

These teams win these games on a fairly regular basis.

So hopefully you and I half jokingly talked about making the drive.

It's only about five hours.

I thought it would have been way more than that, but I don't know where Victoria is.

Yeah, I don't know.

I think, I mean, British Columbia is beautiful up there.

I wish it was maybe in Vancouver.

It would be nice.

Vancouver would be, yeah.

But, you know, it's all good because then we could take a train ride up.
