So you'll see there's a lot of high fat ingredients in here, but also some carbs that are slow release.

150 grams of nibbed almonds, 100 grams of destoned and chopped medjool dates, 100 grams of figs that you're going to chop, 100 grams of apricots, 100 grams of dark chocolate that you're going to chop, 45 grams of coconut oil, that kind of holds it all together.

400 grams of rolled oats or porridge 50 grams of raisins 200 mils of almond milk and 60 grams of maple syrup that sweetens the whole thing up and then a handful of seeds and of course the 300 grams of smooth peanut butter that's what brings it all together the method is you just put the peanut butter with the coconut water or the coconut milk whichever you're using mix it together till you get a paste and then you just fold all the rest of the ingredients together and push it into a bread tin or a brownie tin with a bit of parchment paper stick it in the fridge that's it just cut it up no cooking no cooking no no there's no need to cook this it's just a set oat mix and they will eat these like they're going out of fashion so it's really like if they're having a lot of them drink black coffee so it's just a little to keep them going they just need that sugar that glucose spike for when they're training so I am always surprised by professional athletes about how much they love food.

Because not like years ago where they were all skull and points, none of them do that anymore.
