and then um when you guys look at the nature of business i'm curious you've seen a lot of different businesses have a lot of different nuances but at the same time one thing we have talked about before is that it's the same actual tenants of business right so can you give down your breakthrough on what it takes to build a multi-million dollar business and demystify you know the complexity that most people see and deduce it down to the basics what are the basics that build a million dollar business absolutely the ceo can focus on those

it's sales and marketing it's sales and marketing you have to get really good at marketing your product and you have to get really good at selling it you know like you said it's all the same whether you sell insurance or you wholesale houses or you do solar you do roofing it's lead gen conversions fulfillment In that order.

So get really good at lead gen, whether that's through Meta or Google or whatever other platforms, and then get really good at sales, know your product, be the best, be an expert at it, and build really good processes that support putting a sales team in place.

And then especially nowadays, that kind of segues into AI, right? Yeah, you and a lot of businesses around the world are seeing the impact of AI and business.

You know, what are the things that you're seeing present day in your multimillion dollar business with AI? And where did you see the opportunity for what you guys are doing with Ledium X, your new platform helping business owners with their CRM? Absolutely.

So on the marketing side, what AI allows us to do is run our marketing 24-7 and not risk losing the opportunity because our AI is there all day, 24-7 to call leads.

and it automates the process so it qualifies disqualifies it schedules appointments on your sales team's calendar so it takes a lot of the heavy lifting out of sales because like i said when i started doing insurance i was making 200 calls a day maybe to talk to two or three people whereas ai i can i can make thousands of calls a day if i have enough data i could run my ai all day you know, reengaging leads or even qualifying, disqualifying, setting appointments, giving full context to your sales team before they show up to the call.

It becomes more of a consultation, you know, and a lot of the burnout, like I said, happens from that repetitive making 100 calls a day, getting told to go fuck yourself 100 times a day.

You know what I mean? And that causes burnout in your sales team and eventually- It affects morale.

And then eventually it leads to turnover and that's the biggest killer of momentum, if you ask me.

you start using AI in your business? And then we'll get into how you evolved the product.

In the beginning, there was very few products and services that you could tap into.

There was maybe two or three that I knew of in our industry that worked with people who were doing what we do.

I tried both of those services, and they both had pros and cons, of course, like anything, but I couldn't find a platform that had everything I was looking for.
