And I am a true believer and a firm believer that we absolutely can reverse our age.

I think that with the supplementation that we have in the market these days, with the emergence of peptide therapies, amino acids, and like I said, supplements and various ways to take care of the body from an anti-inflammation standpoint, whether it's red light therapy, cryotherapy, cold plunge, sauna, et cetera.

We're just scratching the surface on ways to improve ourselves and get better and improve our lifespan, improve our health span.

When I was a kid, I'd look at a 70 year old man and go, my gosh, is that guy old, frail and almost debilitated.

And you look at a 70 year old man today who is just moderately taking care of himself and he looks fantastic.

I know 70-year-old men that are hitting the gym three, four, five days a week that are doing yoga, the hot yoga.

Are you kidding me? You know how good hot yoga is for you? it's something that I actually used to do and train several for about a year or two post my divorce.

I'm going back to 2018, 2019, pretty much right around that 2019, 2020 era when I was doing yoga and the hot yoga is phenomenal, but there's, there's 70 year old plus people that are doing this and that are, that are doing it well and doing it at a high level.

So again, these are just, there's so many things you guys at our disposal, at our fingertips.

And I don't see myself really ever stop using these things unless something crazy happens and somebody comes and tells me that these are going to kill me or that I'm doing things to my body.

that are not coming from some kind of underground world, as long as you know the source, there's nothing about a peptide that should be bad for the body.
