Before we start, as you know, uh, my office was in historic Corolla Village for several years, and one of the fond memories that I have is walking over to your coffee shop in the morning and smelling the, the coffee beans roasting and grabbing a latte, and then walking back over there at lunch, and there was a barbecue shop next door.
