Then you have people like me who I have a split off and unconsciously defined solar plexus, and so it's taken-

So, like, really actually getting in touch with my feelings and understanding, like, what am I actually feeling right now? Like, beyond, like, "This feels good, and this feels bad", but, like, going deeper and allowing myself to really be present with it has taken me some time.

And also getting to that point where I'm like, "No, I'm not emotionally clear yet.

My mind is trying to talk me into thinking that I am" versus "Okay, I'm actually emotionally clear."

You are the only person in human design I've ever met, especially as a line one, who is fighting for the let go of the intellectual, get into the body piece.

The way you and I are seeing it, like, I've, I've never heard someone else say exactly what I say.

Also, I'm excited to dig into Karen's work deeper too 'cause she works with, like, frequencies and stuff like that, which I think is cool.
