Like, there's so many women right now, as I sit down to record this, we're in the middle of a heatwave in the UK.

there are so many women right now who have been looking forward to summer all year.

Like we do, we look forward to the summer weather and we romanticize, you know, the summer walks and the nice clothes and, you know, the salad weather and everything else.

Like the minute that summer arrives, we feel like, oh, we've not made headway on like, like as if our body runs against a deadline and, And I'll tell you where this has come from, this conversation.

As I've said, I'll try and keep off the soapbox because nobody wants to hear me on a rant.

But I'm hoping that this conversation, ladies, will offer you a different perspective.

we get caught up, we get swept into this whole hamster wheel of we're on it, we're off it, we must look a certain way by a certain date.

You know, the industry that I'm referring to is we need to be summer ready, okay? And yes, absolutely, we wanna feel great come summertime, but that's, it's not a dress size, it's not a number on the scale, that's a feeling, but then again, the industry, get us all prepped for summer, and then you know what, just go out and live your best life in summer, like this is what you've been working towards, have the balance, have your cake and eat it, enjoy all of the fun stuff, because guess what, we're going to come back in September, and we're going to offer you, Like a reset.

And it's putting so much pressure on women that we're losing sight of what matters most.

As I've said, it's not a dress size, ladies, and it's not a number on the scales.
