Andrea Klein ThomasHostAll right, for those who are new here, I spent more than 15 years as a TV news reporter and anchor before I launched into entrepreneurship in July of 2022.
I was about to turn 40 then, a few years ago, and I just could not imagine going into another decade of my life accepting the status quo.

For more details on that journey, go ahead and check out the trailer for this podcast.
But this podcast has really become a place where I've brought you all on this very messy journey where I've burned out more times than I can count.
In my past, whenever I was stuck, I would just try harder, dig deeper, lean on my resilience, and then wear it as a badge of honor.
And when it came to entrepreneurship, I've literally never, ever, ever, ever tried so hard for anything in my entire life.
And the goal was to have more, more impact, more money, more time for myself and the people that I truly loved.
But how could that happen if I had no more to give? The idea of even trying to muster another ounce of energy it sent me spiraling.
So in this episode, in this conversation just with you and I, I really want to outline some of the things that I'm doing that's actually helping me to feel like myself again and slowly getting me to the other side.
