So we've been talking about this in a couple of forums where we sort of were staring at the landscape and sort of saying, hey, kind of looks like they're taking everything off the board that's not already done, namely Vision Quest and Born Again Season 3.

Then there was sort of this report of like, well, they're holding two spots for specials next year, individual characters, which still may be true.

Then there was a report that said, no, there's actually still multiple projects in development.

But I was listening to Puck's Matt Bellany on his podcast, The Town, and he got an email back.

And he said, in no uncertain terms, his understanding is pretty close to what we surmised, that Disney Plus is being repurposed toward a primarily sort of a vehicle for animated Marvel product.

And B, that if they do commission live action shows or events on the streaming service, those will no longer be connected to the theatrical.

It's too hard.
They don't want to figure it out.
They tried in some capacity, but they failed.
at that possible connection because they again they just didn't know how to do it they didn't do it right brian let's just call it what it is

well i sent it to you too like i i kind of like rolled my eyes because they actually did put out a list of like here are the projects leading up to doomsday if you really want to get caught up on doomsday that you should watch they had like 15 different things on there And like when you and I have seen all of them, but it's like you can't do that.

You can have connectedness, but you can't realistically expect a non comic book fan or viewer to watch 15 things before they have to watch this other thing you want them to pay for.
I looked at that list.
I was like, ain't nobody got time for this, Brian.

And that perception is powerful, right? Because people look at that list, their eyes glaze over and they're like, what else can I watch? Yeah.
