And this is where I wanted to talk to you about like kind of taking an existing idea like Scrabble, which we've all grown up playing and seeing if I could take it into from a game.
And what I had was some wooden little tiles that were similar to the ones that you get on a standard Scrabble set.
And what I did was I put all the playing cards in there, all the way Ace, all the way through to King, and then Clubs, Hearts... spades and diamonds for the suits as well and I won't go into the the method for it too much but what would happen is that they would throw the the tiles up any ones that were face down they would get removed and the ones that were showing would be kept and in the end you would have a playing card with like maybe I don't know the the three of hearts or something like that and that would match the little drawstring bag that you had on the back of it.
It was self-working, no moves whatsoever, and everything just packed away in the little bag.
So it was a card trick in a little pouch, and you could carry it with you everywhere.
I couldn't keep up with demand, and I kept on getting emails all the time from people saying, when is Scramble back in stock? As soon as I'd have it in stock, it'd be sold out straight away.
And I launched at a Black Pearl Magic convention a few years ago, and I absolutely loved it.
Is there anything more that I can do with this effect? Because I wanted to kind of make it mass produced.
And that's where Mental Match has now kind of come into the sphere, which I launched last month.
