In this second part of my conversation with Jessica Pressler we continue our exploration of **narcissistic sibling dynamics** by looking at how these patterns are unconsciously stabilized within the family system. We looked at how Jessica’s mother not only adapted but **unintentionally reinforced her child’s increasing psychological power**. From there, the conversation shifts inward to Jessica’s own experience of growing up inside that system, including what it was like to become **quiet** and **emotionally invisible** within her family.
