What we've seen, and then it's a common pattern, is when somebody gets, has a difference of opinion, you're criticizing.
And we use the opin- Uh, I've just started a basement project.
We've used this example- [laughs]
Oh, yeah

in our group.
Yes.
And it's something that usually the Asperger's husband, um, "Leave me alone." "But honey, you've never done this before." "Yeah, I'll figure it out."
Mm-hmm.
And doesn't wanna ask for help, doesn't wanna do anything.
And so what I learned to do in this project is just come down and ask her for her opinion.
Don't stay long, but, you know, ask her, you know, "Does this door swing out, swing in? What color should this be?"
He d- he did this basement project.
And so little things like that I teach men, just-
I could just walk down there-
... little things
... and be like, "How's it going?" And, like, wow.
Right, like.
That's right.
Right.
"Why are you criticizing me?" Uh, I'm not.
So I, in our, our types of relationships, I've had to learn to ask less questions.
