So the other thing that we are trying to offer, um, at our academic institutions and also through, uh, the company that I was involved in founding, which was My Eyes and now Eyedvise, is what's called a polygenic risk score.
You know, it's not a medallion, um, genetic inheritance pattern, autosomal dominant, autosomal recessive.
In fact, with the polygenic risk score, the PRS, there's about 300 that are evaluated, and it is that composition of different genes along with environmental factors, inflammation, stress, blood pressure variability, uh, sleep apnea.
Patients with sleep apnea actually have much higher pressures in the early waking hours, sometimes into the 30s.
Is it just kind of like that, like the natural body processes for some people?
