And even if you are not, this episode is also for you because I have on Lisa Donoto-Glassner, who has a powerful story where from grief and misery, she was able to create a life many would only dream about.
Lisa worked really hard to go to Columbia and Harvard Law to then become a mergers and acquisitions attorney.
But in 2016, following the death of her father, who she was really close with, a wake-up call that the life she was living was not the one that she wanted.

In today's interview, we cover Lisa's journey and how running is so much more meaningful than just putting one step in front of the other.
We're talking about the best-kept runDisney secrets, how to actually navigate race weekend, how to get into the races, what first-timers don't know, how to make the most of the characters on the course, what makes these races so magical, and the things that Lisa wishes every runner knew before showing up for their first runDisney race.
