Did you sort of reach a point where you thought, okay, I know I've got this worked out?

I think I've learned over quite a long career that So I don't do things ever in isolation.

I, in my mind, I kept thinking we, we have got to, this agency has, you know, it's got a poor reputation unfairly because the cold, you know, the social license changed.

And I had enough people around me that I trusted saying, you have to, you have to do this.

But yeah, it's very hard to, it's a very long road to change the approach in any agency, but most senior executives have to do it at some stage.
