The amount of times that I've had a class and people are like, "Oh," like, "I'm working that day.

I think I, like, made a post a couple, like, months ago or, like, a story, and I was like, "Mondays should be a day off." Like, Mondays are the standard education day.

We all know this, okay? This is when the majority of education is gonna be out there and available to you.

I- I- It is the day that hairstylists, business owners should be taking a step back and focusing on working on the business instead of in the business, okay? And a big reason why is not just for Mondays.

But also just in general, we just should have at least one day off behind the chair to be able to actually work on the business.

Because the more that you are working in the business, the less the business is actually getting anything done, the less energy that you have, and the more that you're gonna say, "Oh, I meant to do that," or, "It'd be really nice if I did that, but I never have the time," or, "I never have the energy." You are working two full-time jobs.

Who the fuck has time for two full-time jobs? Nobody, right? So we need to at least give you one day a week to be able to do the one of them, right? Because otherwise you're just gonna be burnt out.

It's like the 80/20 rule, right? Like, 20% of your efforts create 80% of your results.

The what you do in that one day will make all the difference for how much actual money you make in the long run.

So you may be like, "Oh, shit, if I take off a day, I'm not gonna make any money 'cause I'm not gonna be doing clients." Maybe so.

But we'll talk about the way that we can make sure that that does not happen in this episode.
