Experience this breath fully, and this breath.
Be with this breath.
Be in this moment.
Watch your breath closely without manipulating it at this point.
Just be aware of it.
Hear your breath.
Follow its path.
Attach no judgment to your breath.

And now breathe in one, two.
Hold one.
Breathe out one, two, three, four.
Again, breathe in one, two.
Hold one.
Breathe out one, two, three, four.
Continue on your own for the next few moments.
If your breath is slowing down and deepening now, you can increase the ratio.
Breathe in for four, hold for two, and breathe out for eight.
And if this doesn't feel good, stay just where you are.
