Have you ever kept doing something you already decided you wanted to stop? Dave and Luke explore the gap between what we decide and what we actually do—and what that gap can tell us about our agency…
What if the most important measure of freedom isn't what you're legally allowed to do, but whether you can stop yourself from doing the things you've already decided you don't want to do.
You know, you said you're going to bed at 1030.

You know, you decided you were done eating, but your hand reaches back into the bag and You know, the Netflix asking if you're still there three episodes later, even though you told yourself one episode.
Or you told yourself you'd have one drink or this would be the last drink and then you pour another.
