The degree to which, uh, they, you know, your results are affected that varies from person to person.

Um, and we do see there are, you know, uh, a portion, some might estimate around 30% of people who are taking these weight loss medications and adhering to healthy habits.

And unfortunately they're still, you know, in that category of what we call non-responders, uh, There are still huge, and we do see that if we look at the research on GLP-1s, there's actually a huge variability in people's results taking the medications, huge individual differences.

see people who are combining the medications with healthy habits and their results are a lot better.
And in those individuals, do you see, if you want to have the best chance of taking the lowest dose or getting off the medications, that's, that's the important piece of the puzzle?

I think that a lot of health, hearteningly, a lot of health professionals who are supporting people in this space agree.

My view is that if you're going to take weight loss medications, and this is speaking in generalities, there will be exceptions to the rule, but if you're going to take weight loss medications for a short period of time without changing any of your behaviours, you probably may as well save your money.

But thinking about it a little bit deeper, I would actually say that you're better off not to take them.
