Interestingly, I started dabbling in social media back in COVID when I was a professional athlete.

So I had made a TikTok account during that phase of my life where I was playing ice hockey.

And so it really wasn't until... kind of the middle to end part of my fourth year of medical school where i thought oh well you know i've gone through this crazy process and i felt like a lot of it was really difficult to navigate kind of on my own i didn't necessarily have a lot of mentors or a lot of people i could talk to in my life about how i navigated that or how to navigate that and so i thought Let me see if I can take what I started during COVID when I was a professional athlete, kind of those skills of building compelling videos and see if I can do that now in English, now more targeted towards my future career.

I think medical school just in general can feel like a very intimidating process.

And I think just to have, I tell people, I'm just here to support you if you want me, you know, whether it's mentorship or tutoring, I'm just here to hype you up and help you figure out what the next move is.

And for everyone who's listening today, I want to clarify, you weren't just a collegiate athlete, but you also were assistant captain of the Czech national team.
