📈 $2m+ Growth Framework (For Founder-Led B2B Companies): https://beetu.be/framework?utm\_source=pod 🚀 Work With David To Grow Your Business…
So what does that mean then? [laughs]
What's that statement-
... give more to get more?
I'm trying-- I'm, I want to make this not too, um, not too woo woo, but it comes from this idea of something I've noticed in my business, which is the less that I ask for things, the more I tend to get-
Mm
And I think why this is refreshing for people is there's a lot of business gurus out there who are kind of constantly telling you that you need to do more, you need to generate more leads, you need to make more offers, you need to get more people on sales calls, and it's like always this idea of more, more, more, more, more.
So what I want to talk about today is that you can, in your business, generate millions of dollars worth of revenue, uh, and grow your company without feeling like you're ever trying to generate leads and sell people stuff.
Mm.
And I think that's quite a refreshing realization for people, so we wanted to unpack it in a bit more detail today.
Okay.
Sounds cool.
So who do you have in mind for so- who's listening to this podcast? Who do you reckon it would specifically help?
So for me, I think this will really resonate with the sort of companies that I tend to work with, which are founder-led, kind of expertise-led, um, companies.
So often they're kind of consulting businesses or agencies or service providers of some kind, and usually they've built a business based on some unique knowledge.
Mm.
You know, maybe they're a software development company and they have a particular approach that they take, um, or they're just very experienced software developers, or they're a compliance organization and they help businesses with something within HR or whatever it is.
Um, and they've built their whole business around expertise and knowledge, and what I've noticed is a lot of the times in these businesses, a lot of their new clients and, and new business is gonna come from referrals and word of mouth and, and recommendations and all that kind of stuff.
So what does that mean then? [laughs]
