What if one of the most important nutrients for your energy isn't something that gives you energy at all? Magnesium doesn't stimulate you like caffeine, and you don't necessarily feel it working.

Yet every second of every day, your cells depend on magnesium to help produce and use the energy that keeps you alive.

You've probably heard people recommend magnesium for sleep, muscle cramps, anxiety, constipation, headaches, exercise, or heart health.

Walk into almost any health food store and you'll find an entire shelf filled with different kinds of magnesium.

Why would one mineral have anything to do with so many completely different functions in the body? That's what I want to explore today.

But I don't want to give you another list of 20 things magnesium is supposedly good for.

Because once you understand something called MAGATP, I think you're going to look at magnesium and cellular energy very differently.

For more than 30 years, I've been studying, treating, and teaching about the lymphatic system and how maintaining it can help mental and physical health.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned during those years is that health rarely comes down to one organ, one nutrient, or one body system.

Your muscles depend on your nervous system, and your cells depend on a continuous supply of oxygen and nutrients.

Today, we're going to explore one mineral that plays a fundamental role in helping your cells create and use energy.
