I hope that comes across as non... incestual not yet so the husband the cousins and you two are best friends yes two completely different birth stories and two women whose priorities did a full 180 the second motherhood entered the chat so olympia is a mum to leo a 17 month old professional blabberer after eight years working in an accounting firm where she met her husband she planned to return after maternity leave until motherhood completely changed the plan she loved her natural birth so much that she reckoned she'd do it 100 times over fuck that shit
And yes, she
absolutely made her husband try the TENS machine first.
Ashley's a mum to 17-month-old Miller.
She found out she was pregnant mid-renovation because apparently growing a human is just not chaotic enough.
After nine extra days of cooking, an induction, gel, an epidural, and eventually a caesarean, her birth didn't go the way she'd hoped, leaving her feeling like the power of choice had been taken away.
Before Miller, she was a practice manager, and then motherhood arrived, and just like Olympia, her priorities have completely changed.
Two mums, two journeys, and a lot to talk about.
