📝 Listener Survey - What do you want to hear about in the next season?…
I started making a list as I was preparing for this episode of the miracles I've seen just in the last two, three months, in this last quarter, and I wanted to share a whole list of them, but as I started writing them out, it was like s- too many of these are too personal to too many people that I love, that I just can't share these.
But it is over and over again, I have seen God work miracles in my life and in the life of people I love.
If you're not seeing those miracles, don't be down on yourself and don't be sad.
There are waiting seasons for reasons, and we learn so much sometimes when God is quiet, and I think he does that on purpose sometimes.
There was definitely a reason for that, right? Um, but there are also times when I think God is not as active simply because we don't ask him to be.
I have this dear group of friends that we get together, and we're very open, and we pray for each other.
I have this just life-changing small group that has been such a gift and a blessing in my life.
And something that I've realized as we've gotten together, it's probably been over a year at this point, is we're really active in praying for each other's lives.
Maybe more active than I've ever seen a group be, and we're specific in our prayers, and we follow up, and we wanna hear how things are going for each other.
And something that I've realized is that m- more miracles happen, and I think a big part of that is because we're petitioning God, and we're asking, and we're praying more.
I think we leave too many miracles on the table because we worry more about them, rather than ask God and petition Him about them.
I'm gonna give an s- a specific example, which is very personal and hopefully not inappropriate or uncomfortable.
I'm actually on socials gonna share what I learned from the Japanese people, and somewhat I'm g- even gonna share, like, the words they have that we don't that I think are part of the reason why they are just so exceptional.
They actually have terms for things that they embody that we don't even have words for in, in English.
But on the trip back on the airplane, um, Mike, we were a little bit split up into a couple different groups, and one of my girls saw something on a screen a couple rows ahead of her.
