I wasn't moving my body like I should.
I wasn't eating right.
I was resting.
I felt terrible.
So I was doing that.
My focus was treating my cancer and being there for my family.
And I thought, well, when I beat this, I'll do this again.
And that's exactly, I feel like I've been given a second chance and that's exactly what I'm doing.
And I'm trying to Learn all over again, but not anything drastic, not the keto, not, I don't want to count points for the rest of my life.
Um, will I be on a GLP one for the rest of my life? Maybe.
Yeah.
I don't know, maybe.

And one thing before we get into anything about that, I want to call out what you said, which is you were going through cancer treatments.

You put all this other stuff on hold and you focused on treating the cancer and being there for your family.

And I think, again, in the dynamics of being in the fitness space online and Instagram is kind of this really weird one, because if you're in our age range, which is which is millennial, most of us have been around.
