As a matter of fact, many people walk in saying, man, I've been meaning to do this for a long time.

We say, oh, I need to do it and not really give the place of importance to good estate planning versus just having a document.

And so I encourage you to head over to LegacyAndFaith.com and listen to that podcast.

But we need to make sure that we're getting the right people helping us with these areas that we need.

So number one, we need to find an attorney that does this regularly, not just somebody who can give you a templated document and their objective is to get you in and out and charge you the cheapest price.

So let's make sure that it's actually done well and that it is given the place of importance that it really means because we're going to capture every asset that you own with a document, whether it's a will or a trust.

You should be having your health care documents and your end-of-life documents included in that, which means if you ever have a health incident, we need to make sure that you're well taken care of.

They should revolve around you and your necessities, your philosophy in life and how you want to be cared for and how you envision things transferring to your children, your to your beneficiaries, to charities.

It doesn't matter where your heart's passion is, but it needs to be captured with your vision.

And we talked about, because we're talking about peace of mind in estate planning, and we talked about a spiritual principle, which is that if you are anxious and then we go to our Heavenly Father, we tell him our heart, we tell him what's going on, and then Philippians 4, 7 says, after we come before him and express our heart, then the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and our minds through Christ Jesus.

And estate planning really is utilizing your voice in how you want to see your finances be carried forward after you're gone and using your voice to make sure that you are well taken care of during your lifetime.

You have the right people standing next to you should you ever have a health incident.
