We also had a question from Jack Warburton.
Sorry if I've butchered that one.
He said he's about to launch a lean practice.
Interested in what we mean by branding because we've said that spending a lot on websites is a bit of a shiny object that you can skip early on.
So what builds a positive facing brand for chiropractors if we're not building the website? So I replied and I said, hey, if I was in your shoes and I was trying to keep things lean, I'd just go and find some website designs that you like and go and grab my logos and stuff, my colors, and I'd make a simple landing page in Claude with my booking links.
That's where I would start, as in lean.
Websites are necessary.
Spending thousands of dollars on websites at the start, not so necessary.
I think that's what we were saying.
Then in terms of what I'd invest my time in, I'd be in all the local businesses and cafes and introducing myself.
And then I'd be learning to upskill my own ads.
What are your thoughts?
I think this is the important distinction with a lot of the conversations I've been having.
Just because we say something's not worth investing in means you don't have to spend the $10,000.
It doesn't mean you're not going into it.
You're just not going ridiculous.
It's the same concept we talked about before where you can start simple and go up.
I'd do the same thing.
Even if you want a more... web-based thing you might still go to a wix or a wordpress and then use claude or something to code up and put something on it right depending on seo and geo availability and all those things but like i said you can host single landing pages and build off that so easily and they're known better and i think from branding it more becomes back to figuring out your general palettes your colors and then even your logo like obviously i had my logo originally designed on upwork and for probably a couple of hundred bucks.
And I intentionally went away from a traditional, like everyone's got the picture of the spine and some kind of obtuse idea.
I was like, people already know the spine.
No one's seeing that.
