And I know the guy that it used to have, I think it was named... noah foreman dr noah foreman i think was the guy they used to have and he was there for like 20 years so at some point you know it's stuff just gets stale and it just seems that they've really emphasized character and good people so i really really like some of the stuff they're doing and dr david lawrence is at the top of that list

When I started watching hockey critically, I became so anti-intangibles, just like analytics, numbers.

They give you a lot of information, but if you don't deploy that information, they might as well be nothing.
And culture has really been the big thing.
