Health reporter Hilary Brueck describes…
David CooperHostSo it's pretty early days for this, but three people have this in their eyeballs.
Yes, these three people are alive and well and actually didn't really have any side effects from the treatment.
And then they're going to hope to take it forward in several more people and give them a bigger dose to see if maybe they can get the performance to be a little bit better.

Is this just a fancy buzzword? Because when I hear the phrase cellular reprogramming, I kind of want it.
Like two old people, somewhat old people get together and make a new egg, a new embryo.
What? they didn't tell you in health class is like that's made from old cells and it's actually kind of old for like the first week and then it goes through this process this biological process of reprogramming where these factors come together and rejuvenate the cell to be young and so that's why we're born young and it seems crazy but basically this guy this Japanese scientist Shinya Yamanaka figured out that you could do this and with old cells from people.
But the trendy thing that a lot of scientists have been talking about in recent years who are really interested in longevity is that you could partially reprogram cells.
