It sounds quite like maybe you need a whole bunch of qualifications for that and you don't.
And for us, in our homes, what we're looking for is what is in a person's core.
There's a whole bunch of stuff we can teach you, but there's this part of who you are that we can't teach to people.
And, you know, ultimately it is a good, well-rounded person with good intentions.
You know, you say you're overwhelmed by the amount of just beautiful people that show up that want to do this work and make a difference.
Yeah, and I guess I think we were talking about, it reminds me of that Maya Angelou quote, which is like, people don't remember what you say and what you did.
We have really amazing people who do that work, don't they? And they're just so good to kids.
