Have you been through a lot of therapy to help you overcome the bullying in school, and how to respond to negativity, and how to pull yourself out of it, too, when you get in this circle of negative thoughts?

I think what worked for me, and what, what really has just continued to work, is focusing on what the things I can do, the things I can change, and really just focusing on that, and not focusing so much on what I don't have and focusing on the things that I can't do.

So I always think, "What's something I can change? What's something I have control over?"

I mean, of course you had it hard in your life with the struggles-
... from external factors as well as your disability, but this mindset of yours is gold, honestly.
[laughs]
Have you ever had a moment where you thought, "I'm gonna prove you all wrong"?

[laughs] I always did everything just really afraid, and I mean, it was just one of those things where I, I didn't think I was going to prove people wrong.

I mean, maybe there were certain times where I thought, "Okay, I'm just going to do this.
