so that's that's a very big question that you know we're we're all figuring out right now right so i guess the first thing is just to remember this is all new you know a few years ago no one even knew what ai was in this form of ai ai's been here this whole time But in this form, the form of LLMs being useful, building harnesses, actually having AI agents, it's very new.

And what I found, and that's where I started, right? So let's find a use case and then build AI around it.

What I found is The right answer to that question is actually start at the human level.

And what you want to first do is you want to just first figure out if you could take what you do day by day, turn it into a workflow, figure out how you do it and why you do it.

But you want to start first with what you're actually doing and where it fits with the human first.

I mean, so that core concept is something that I've done within the technology space, right? Think of like customer journey mapping or process flow mapping, things like that.

Something that I found through that process is, well, you learn a lot of things of what those things actually are because those processes are typically never made.

But also, you specifically mentioned why we're doing it, right? So there were a number of times within onboarding workflow for maybe a mobile app I was working on where it's like, why do we have this piece? One in general or during this time or all these sort of questions, right? So it gives you the opportunity to audit, also gives you the opportunity to...

Hey, I want to add something or subtract something or find leading indicators of, hey, if this is implemented, we then know that statistically this person will stay longer or buy more things like that.

Now, onboarding workflows and feedback loops are like basically my bread and butter.

I've done it through every industry, but pretty much all of them except health care.

And so, you know, through that, there's a lot of, you know, different nuances, but want to specifically speak about how, you know, you're seeing kind of that human flow piece.

And I got into a conversation with someone actually earlier today, and that was, you know, do we have AI in terms of making kind of process and sort of an internal, right, to make our jobs, our lives kind of easier? And is there a consideration for the customer, right? If we're able to make things easier for us, that means that we're ultimately able to serve the customer.
