[laughs] But that's like, I feel like I managed to watch, like, loads of the Europeans.
I mean, like, we talked about this during Commonwealth Games, the, the kind of disadvantage of it not being on the BBC.
And I think that contrast was, like, really obvious with the Europeans being on the BBC, 'cause I managed to watch loads of it, 'cause it's really easy to just flick it on and then before you know it, you're watching, like, an hour of it.
Does it feel like a bit of a kind of disappointment from a Scottish point of view? Because the lone Scottish medal at this European Championships was Nicole Yeargin.
She was part of the women's four-by-four relay team who won silver, um, behind the Netherlands.
And I feel like it's quite a difference this time talking about one medal, no individual medals, only that one relay medal.
I mean, sh- ugh, is it more a sign how spoilt we've been recently that one silver medal seems like a bit of a letdown? You know, like, how do you kind of look at this champs as a whole from a Scottish point of view, having only won that one medal?
I think we have to be kind of realistic and say it probably is disappointing, 'cause I was trying to do the math a little bit and try and work out when was the last time we didn't win an individual medal, and potentially an individual gold, actually, at Europeans.
Because I went back, 'cause I was going back the years, obviously go back to 2014.
There must have been a medal in '16 because that was the same year as Olympics, so you can maybe kind of, again, give a little discount to that.
I think it's been, like, a over a decade, you know, where we've not had an individual medal.
