The Inner Practice-Stories of Healing from the Yoga mat into Life
Sep 2, 2026 · 10 min · 7 segments
Welcome back to Season 2 of *The Inner Practice*, a space dedicated to real stories of struggle, resilience, and profound transformation. While our journey began on the yoga mat, this podcast explores…
When I first created the inner practice, it was born out of a simple realization that we all walk around carrying unseen burdens.
We all experience moments where life feels too heavy, too chaotic, or simply off balance.
And for so many of us, we first found relief in a very specific place, on the yoga mat.
We learn to drop our judgment, quiet the internal dialogue, and listen to what our bodies and minds are asking for.
But as beautiful as those moments on the mat are, the inner practice has always been about something bigger.
Life happens in difficult conversations with loved ones, in moments of sudden grief, in daily stress, and in the quiet hours of the night when anxiety creeps in.
The real practice, the inner practice, is how we take those lessons off the mat and integrate them into the raw, messy reality of being a human being.
It's an exploration of how ordinary people navigate extraordinary struggles and find their way back to wholeness.
And as we step into this upcoming season, I'm so excited to expand that vision and explore paths to healing that you might not expect.
For this season, we are diving deep into stories of non-traditional healing.
We're stepping outside standard frameworks to see how human beings are finding peace in places and circumstances that might surprise you.
