Before I do that, what I want to just define is what, like, what do I mean by a frame? So to me, a frame is, it's probably, it's the, it's the unconscious collection of assumptions defining what seems realistic, what seems possible, what seems sensible, what seems available to you, what seems achievable.

And that's really important because without realizing it, if you think about it and watch yourself, your mind usually looks backwards to predict forwards.

You know, it uses what's happened, what you've experienced, what normally works, what people like you normally achieve to predict forward.

And in some cases that is useful until you're trying to create something that actually hasn't happened before.

And I think that's the paradox that the past is a very useful guide to the future until you're trying to create a future that looks nothing like the past.
