was going to say, like, what came first for you? Was it the was it identifying that you had to change your identity to match this new version that you wanted to put out in the world? um or did you feel like was that a conscious change in your identity or was it a bit of an unconscious one that just happened naturally no it would

so the the inside was developing as it grew like through my entrepreneurial pathway it's it's just grown like that's been very unconscious in the sense of like, I have been deliberately upskilling and doing all of those different things.

So it's kind of conscious, unconscious, but the outside of my brand has been a very conscious step.

So like, what are those traits that you're going to start doing? What are those different aspects you're going to start doing? I think about like five years ago when I'd get up on stage and speak, I'd walk off stage and I'd be like, like shaking like crazy.

And I always reflect on those things because now when I speak, I just feel so calm.

there's no other way like I am I'm my calmest when I'm on stage but I've taught myself that

yeah what were those other things that you had to you just said then you trained yourself to like be that person until you became that person what were some of those other things that you had to put in place to to be her
