you can read it a few ways is it to learn comma to love to live or is it to learn to love to live and I think you can take it any way you want because with us in school the learning is secondary and the love comes first and everybody in our school like I can't tell you I love the bones of that place and everybody who's in it and what we stand for and what we try to do.

And we will say to the kids all the time, you know, we love you because we do.

And so the basis of everything is that if you imagine a triangle and the bottom tier of the triangle, that which everything is built upon is, is the love and the safety and the well-being and the care.

In our first episode, Dr Rebecca Quinn said the most important thing in life is to be loved and supported by one person.

And to belong and to feel like when you walk through the door of somewhere that you just can breathe and that you belong there.

So we have an amazing well-being team and our well-being coordinator, Debbie McGowan, who's also our school counsellor, She spoke to every single child in the building and she asked them what adult would they go to if they had a problem.

It was amazing that we had so few, but we identified about 10 children who couldn't name anybody in school.

And so our care team then were given two children each and we had to form a bond with that child over the next couple of months just so we know that every child has somebody in school that is their one good adult and that they can go to.
