And as you breathe in that pure feeling of resourcefulness, allow it to go into your lungs.
Allow your heart to distribute that resourceful feeling to every cell in your body.
Imagine how it would feel if your body was breathing in that incredibly resourceful feeling, but on the outward breath, was letting go and releasing anything unresourceful.
And that may be permission, hesitation, doubt, a fear of confrontation, a fear of upsetting people.
You can contain and keep integrity, compassion, and consideration without needing to tread on eggshells.
So, allow those unresourceful feelings, beliefs, and sensations to leave your body in that outward breath.
And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you feel And as your body relaxes, your imagination awakens and just imagine a doorway there within your mind that takes you back to a memory, an early memory of a coach, a trainer, someone that led from that balance of emotion, but also strategy.
But equally, if emotions were running high, they would harness those emotions in order to make even better decisions.
Maybe it's someone you admired, looked up to, and as you imagine observing them,
posture their tonality how congruent they are are they hesitant and dithering or are they certain courageous and bold and just observe because maybe this was an early blueprint of what courageous, bold leadership looks like.
Move forwards in time to when you were coaching and leading, at a level that got the balance just right.
And perhaps you used emotions to naturally influence how you communicated and what you were communicating.
