**Work-life balance? That's cute. Let's talk about work-life *unbalance*.** In this episode of HR Misfits, Ami Graves, LaToya, and Marci get real about the myth of "balance" — and why prioritization…
That I no longer believed in work-life balance, and I instead started kind of framing it as work-life prioritization.
And sometimes you're, you know, you're 100 % on at work, and sometimes you're not.
The reality is something is going to get deprioritized when you prioritize something else.

And that seesaw, something's gonna be high wh- at some times, and other things are gonna be low.

We're business-minded, human-centered, and just bold enough to challenge the people systems that no longer work, where polished playbooks end and real leadership begins.
We're the HR leaders who've been in the room when things get messy, political, or uncomfortable, leading with heart, grit, and a little bit of sass.
