Well, at, at the ti- actually, that panic attack was probably for me one of the last straws in, in terms of knowing that the way I was going wasn't good for me, and it is, it's a really scary thing.

Like, I was just hyperventilating, and I had no clue, 'cause I was just standing in a meeting, like it was one of those, like town hall type things.

Uh, a- a- and um, and I just couldn't catch my breath, and I was like, "Why is my heart beating so fast? Why do I feel so nervous?" And like, and then I ended up fully, like when I say fully hyperventilating.

So again, your, your willingness to be vulnerable and to talk just however it comes is so appreciated, and I know it's gonna be making an impact to the people who, who are listening.

The, the power that comes from vocalizing this, the internal narrative that you have around what you need to be to be successful, what you need to do to be successful, all the things that you need to do perfectly in order to meet this, like-

... perfect standard of womanhood, HR hood, like whatever success that society deems that you should, um, should have.

It, it's, like I say, I, I resonate myself to still doing that, particularly around being a mom and working and that guilt that you talked around.
