Jocelynn FlowersGuestFortuneHostSo you work with six-figure entrepreneurs scaling to seven figures and beyond.
What's the most common mistake you see them make when they try to grow without losing their soul?

Yes, I think the biggest challenge is Um, I see that comes up with the clients I work with as consistency because they kind of fall into that mindset of if I'm going to be sharing content, it has to be profound.

And the truth of the matter is, is every piece of content that you share is not always going to be profound, but that doesn't mean it can't resonate with someone in your audience.

Building a foundation and a strategy and a plan for them that feels comfortable and that it fits within their lifestyle is I think what's crucial for my team and I when we're working with our clients is because not every strategy or approach is going to work with every client that walks in our door.

we have to be able to customize something that is fluid for them, that feels attainable, but also does create that momentum of growth and stretching, not only personally, but professionally as well.

And so I feel consistency is where a lot of entrepreneurs somewhat get stuck or overwhelmed but that's truly what's going to make those shifts in your business that you've been wanting and waiting for and when you build consistency yes it's not only building regular content coming out but you're building brand authority you're building trust with your audience and you're showing them that even when life gets hard or things come up you're still staying consistent and committed to your overall mission for your business and who you want to be able to serve and support.

So that's where I think if you focus on that as an entrepreneur, that is going to make the greatest shifts in your business that you've been waiting for.
Thank you for that.
So, Jocelyn, I have to ask you, how is your approach to marketing unique compared to other digital marketers? Because, you know, everyone says they are different.
So what actually makes that true for you?

So in the land of digital marketing, there's so many different approaches, so many different strategies and the way my agency and I approach this is a human first approach.

So we're focusing on the individual whose essence, whose vision, whose strategies, whose wisdom is leading the charge of their brand and the services or products that they're offering.

And the way that we do that is by being able to bring their stories, their experiences through their messaging and through the content that's being shared, whether it's through their voice actually speaking in some of the content, whether it's their words being written out on screen, Bringing their human essence through in the brand is what truly allows people to connect with a brand.

It allows them to resonate with experiences or perspectives that are being brought in front of them because they've also experienced them and thought about oh, I could have implemented that or I have implemented that and it went this way for me.

So being able to have that human first approach and really bringing what I like to say the mess in the message is that people need to be able to connect with the human behind the screen because that's ultimately who they buy from.

And Yes, AI and systems and software, they're all amazing tools that allow us entrepreneurs to be able to get our work out there in a more efficient, timely manner, and maybe even expanded to audiences that we physically cannot get to, but they're not the answer to our end goals for our business.

They are specifically tools that leverage our human message forward and that's something that's really important for entrepreneurs to be able to have that distinction in their business of what's the balance between the tools that I'm using and how I'm actually showing up in my business and a great way that I showcase this with my clients is I'm never gonna ask them something to do something that I haven't already done myself and shown them as an example so my social media accounts are always a way to kind of beta test new things that come out but I try all that first on myself and with my brand because I show up almost every single day in my brand on every platform that we are and Whether that's through video, through audio, through written content, through experiences of my life that I'm sharing with my audience, because I feel that it can't all be about the business and the services that I'm offering.

That's going to partner with them in every level of their success, because truly my client's success is my success and it's not one or the other and so being able to show up for my clients in the thick of it even when it may be hard for them to want to show up knowing that they have a support system that's there with them along the journey is what really shifts that momentum and what creates those changes and those wins that my clients are able to experience.
