Jul 14, 2026 · 11 min · 8 segments
Why do two women follow the same nutrition plan, take the same GLP-1 medication, and get completely different results? In this episode, Elizabeth introduces one of the most important concepts behind…
So today, I wanted to share something that has quietly become one of the most important lessons I've learned after guiding women through a holistic approach to GLP-1s.
It's a simple distinction, but once you see it, you start seeing it everywhere.
It explains why two women can follow the exact same nutrition plan, work with the same trainer, take the same GLP-1, and get completely different results.
One woman transforms her life, the other finds herself right back where she started six months later.
I think they're playing two different games, because I believe most women are playing the wrong game.
You see, almost every conversation around weight loss, and certainly around GLP-1s, is focused on what I call the outer game.
The protein goals, strength training, getting enough sleep, healing your gut, balancing your hormones, learning how to naturally stimulate your body's own GLP-1.
But today, I wanna make the case that they are not the most important part, because underneath every action, underneath every habit, underneath every behavior is something much more powerful.
For example, whether you believe your body is broken or whether you believe it knows how to heal.
It's whether you approach your health from fear or from self-love, from punishment or from gentleness.
