So first of all, I want you to just make sure that your shoulders are up lovely and tall and then bring your head so your head is in line with the shoulders and then take a big deep breath in And as you're breathing out, let those shoulders relax.

And then I want you to take the tongue, bring it to the roof of your mouth and open your jaw like this.
Just hold that for two breaths.
And then close your jaw, take your tongue and run it around the inside of the mouth like this.
Lovely.
Just keep going with that.

And then I want you to just relax your jaw as much as you can and let your head tilt to one side.
Relax your jaw so much that you're a little bit worried you're going to dribble.
That's how much I want you to relax it.
And then close the mouth.

Bring your tongue back to the roots of your mouth.
Close your mouth.
Take a big, deep breath in.
And as you're breathing out, just let any tension disappear.
Gorgeous.
